RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Standard Return Policy: Any product purchased from Chamonix Collection between 1/1 and 10/15 may be returned within 30 days for credit to card (to the card originally used), a merchandise credit, or exchange, as long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition.

Holiday Return Policy: Any product purchased from Chamonix Collection between 10/16 and 12/31, may be returned by 1/31 for credit to card (to the card originally used), in house credit or exchange, as long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition.

If you are unhappy with your product(s) for any reason, you may exchange it for a new item, with the original receipt, or return it for a merchandise credit or refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping or you received the wrong item, please call our Customer Service (855-215-2178) for a return label.

If your merchandise has a manufacturing defect, go to our Warranty Page for more information.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1. Contact our Customer Service Department (855-215-2178) or (info@chamonixcollection.com) for an Exchange/Return Form.

2. Fill out Exchange/Return Form and include it with the products you are returning. Note the reason for the return. Indicate if you prefer a credit to your card (the card originally used), a merchandise credit, or exchange. If you’re exchanging, let us know what you’d like by completing the information in the exchange item field.

3. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the Exchange/Return form. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. See below for our shipping address.

4. Processing your return or exchange can take 1 to 2 weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, please call Customer Service to make special arrangements. All credits will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus any ship- ping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
